SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Estimated standard shipping delivery times:

USA: 5 - 12 business days

Canada: 7 - 12 business days

International: 7 - 20 business days

As our products are made to order, your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. If you've ordered multiple products, certain items may ship seperately. This will be stated in your shipping confirmation email. 

Rushed shipping options are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was for some reason incorrect, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@nakamotoclothingco.com noting your order number. We'll do everything we can to help.

RETURNS:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require your purchase order # for proof of purchase. 

REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
We treat sale items like any of our regular priced items. They are elegible for returns or refunds. 


RETURN SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
